At Re-Phyll we are passionate about our planet and strive to consider the impact we have as consumers in everything we do, right through from our banking and electricity supply to the products and suppliers we choose. We are not just about selling loose food - we want our customers to be sure that when they purchase from us that they are making a considered and positive contribution.

Our aim at Re-Phyll is to follow zero-waste principles. The products in our online store have been designed to replace single use items and avoid plastic packaging. Any packaging used will be re-usable and fully recyclable.

We are in regular contact with our suppliers to minimise plastic packaging around the products we receive and to ensure that the products we sell are also free of plastic packaging. There are some items that we sell that are received in bulk, wrapped in plastic bags or containers - where this is the case, we will return the packaging to the supplier for re-use or recycling where possible.

All of our products are Cruelty Free.

In our opinion it is entirely unnecessary to test toiletries, beauty products and household items on animals. Our suppliers are chosen because their principals align with those of Re-Phyll and we promise that none of the products we sell have been tested on animals. Many of the brands already carry the Leaping Bunny Cruelty Free Certification and those that don’t are small manufacturers who have committed to not using ingredients tested on animals or testing the final product but have not yet been registered.

At Re-Phyll we feel that animal agriculture goes against our ethos of “Live a kinder Life” and have chosen only to stock vegan products.

There is considerable evidence that reducing meat and animal product consumption has a positive impact on our health and the planet before even considering the moral argument. Often animal products are ‘hidden’ from us in unexpected foods, toiletries, and household items with misleading ingredient names and preying upon our ignorance with clever marketing. We promise that all of our products are vegan - reading the small print and ingredients has been done for you.
